The Old Posthouse

Our Rooms

We have a number of rooms for the use of guests.

There are 3 guest bedrooms, which are all on the first floor. Please note that The Old Posthouse is an old Victorian building, and access to the first floor is up quite steep stairs with a handrail for support. Please see our Accessibility Statement in our Terms and Conditions for further details.

The following amenities are in each bedroom/shower-room: high speed WiFi, Freeview TV, radio, alarm clock with USB ports, thermostatically controlled electric radiator, towels, liquid soap, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner, hairdryer; and tea, coffee and hot chocolate making facilities – with a wide choice of teas and coffees – and biscuits. There is daily housekeeping of the bedrooms.

Ironing facilities and a fridge with fresh milk and water are just outside the bedrooms.

The dining room and snug are on the ground floor and are available for the use of guests.

There is a walled garden and courtyard so that guests can sit outside if they want to enjoy the fresh air and/or sunshine.
