Our Food Story

In order for you to start your day with the Taste of Lincolnshire we have chosen quality locally sourced ingredients:

The bacon, sausages, and the pork and beef for our homemade sausage slices are from Sunnyside Up Farm Shop (near Market Rasen); from time to time as an alternative to traditional black pudding, we use the black pudding from Redhill Farm (near Gainsborough); the eggs are from Scaman’s Eggs (near Louth); the smoked salmon is traditionally smoked salmon from Alfred Enderby in Grimsby; the bread is from JH Starbuck (based in Market Rasen); the porridge oats are from the Maud Foster Windmill in Boston; and the honey is from Apidae Honey based in Winterton.

To drink we offer a wide selection of teas (Black, Green, Oolong, White and various fruit and herbal teas) mainly sourced from Imperial Teas (based in Lincoln); and a selection of filter coffees mainly from Stokes (based in Lincoln); and a selection of hot chocolates including hot chocolate made with cacao from Willie’s Cacao.
