Our Food Story

We use the following quality locally sourced ingredients for our Breakfasts: Bacon and the beef for our homemade sausage patties from Sunnyside Up Farm Shop (near Market Rasen); Lincolnshire pork sausages and ham hock black pudding from Redhill Farm (near Gainsborough); free range eggs from Scaman’s Eggs (near Louth); smoked salmon and smoked haddock from Alfred Enderby; bread from JH Starbuck (based in Market Rasen); porridge oats from the Maud Foster Windmill in Boston; and honey from Apidae Honey based in Winterton. Our homemade jams are made using our own blackcurrants and gooseberries, and locally picked raspberries and strawberries.

We offer a wide selection of teas (Black, Green, Oolong, White and various fruit and herbal teas) from Imperial Teas (based in Lincoln); and a selection of filter coffees mainly from Stokes (based in Lincoln); and a selection of hot chocolates.
