The Old Posthouse B&B is a family run Bed and Breakfast that offers a welcoming and comfortable place to stay in a quiet village setting, where you can enjoy some rural tranquillity while exploring the area. We are ideally located for enjoying and exploring a range of what Lincolnshire has to offer, being within easy access of the historic city of Lincoln, Market Rasen Racecourse, the Lincolnshire Wolds and the antiques centres at Hemswell Cliff.
We aim to provide a quality “home from home” experience – so we use luxury Hypnos mattresses for a great night’s sleep; and quality local products for our highly rated breakfast options.
Guests have their own private access to The Old Posthouse and there is ample secure parking at the side of the house in an enclosed garden behind gates which we shut and lock at night.
This is possibly one of the best, most welcoming B&B’s I have stayed in. From the moment I booked and received detailed arrival instructions, to the cosy snug for guests use, to the fabulous breakfast with freshly prepared local produce, to the incredibly comfortable bed, and the warm welcome from the hosts, this was a real gem. I’ll be back.
Very friendly, welcoming and helpful hosts. Rooms were a delight and immaculate. The breakfast was excellent and very plentiful. Must mention the bed which was extremely comfortable. All in all a great stay and hope to return.

This was our second visit to The Old Posthouse B&B in 2 months. .. what a gem we have found. Apart from really lovely rooms and great facilities the hosts …could not have been more welcoming and helpful on our arrival and through the whole of our time there. They went above and beyond what we could have hoped for. Everything is well organized, friendly and of a high quality, including the food.
Needless to say we shall be back very soon to enjoy one of the best places we have ever stayed. We will not hesitate to recommend to friends and family.

Nothing was too much trouble, breakfast was tailored to our individual tastes, room was very clean and decorated to a high standard. Very comfy bed and large en-suite. Couldn’t recommend this venue any more highly.
