It’s that time of year again. Seville Oranges are back in the shops and so out came the jam pan, lots of sugar, jam pots and recipe book. Having slaved away in the kitchen we now have the first batch of The Old Posthouse Marmalade 2024 – and it’s a great vintage. We have gone for a slightly chunkier and sweeter marmalade but we think you will like it.
